HUMAN HUNTING FOR EXPLOITATION

Quite a few people in NSA are into illegal activities of one kind or another. It's taken to be one of the fringe benefits of the job. You know, enhancing your pocketbook. Practically everybody is into some kind of smuggling. I didn't see any heroin dealings or anything like that, like I later saw among CIA people when I got to Nam, but most of us, me included, did some kind of smuggling on the side. Everything form small-time black marketeering of cigarettes or currency all the way up to transportation of vehicles, refrigerators, that sort of thing. One time in Europe I knew of a couple of people inside NSA who were stationed in Frankfurt and got involved in the white slave trade. Can you believe that? They were transporting women who'd been kidnapped from Europe to Mideast sheikdoms aboard security airplanes. It was perfect for any kind of activity of that kind. There's no customs or anything like that for NSA people.

The Pentagon Papers had shown the dangers of excessive secrecy, as had the 1971 revelation of FBI chief J. Edgar Hoover's COINTELPRO program targeting United States activists and radicals. It was clear, especially to liberals, that covert operations had spiraled horribly out of control, both home and abroad. “Most people in those days thought that the NSA and CIA worked for the U.S. government,” he said. “But they don't. They're an entity unto itself, a global entity that is comprised of the Five Eyes." The Five Eyes is the informal name for the intelligence-sharing agreement between the United States, Great Britain, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. "This community operates outside of the Constitution," Fellwock said, "and from everything I've seen, it still does.”

"What Norman Mailer told me is that the CIA is basically a white Christian Protestant organization," Fellwock said. "And white Christian Protestants have to find a devil in order to justify what they do. Their Christian values say they should help the poor, like the Communists were. But they were not helping the poor. They were helping the very rich. And this created a conflict inside of the white Christian Protestant mind that could only be resolved by them seeking out a devil and making that devil into an exaggerated thing. I have furnished the FBI with documentation of an active, international child kidnapping ring probably operated by rogue CIA agents. The FBI has ignored my requests to investigate even though it is their responsibility to investigate kidnapping. I have a contact in Germany who advises me that the CIA has set up secret operations on US military bases for the kidnapping, sale and tafficking of children worldwide. The FBI may be using unique codename and nomenclature for the gang stalking phenomenon in its records.

I joined the Agency because I thought I would be protecting the security of my country by fighting against communism and Soviet expansion while at the same time helping other countries to preserve their freedom. Six years in Latin America have taught me that the injustices forced by small ruling minorities on the mass of the people cannot be eased sufficiently by reform movements such as the Alliance for Progress. The ruling class will never willingly give up its special privileges and comforts. This is class warfare and is the reason why communism appeals to the masses in the first place. We call this the 'free world'; but the only freedom under these circumstances is the rich people's freedom to exploit the poor

COVERT ACTION EXPLAINED

His job and the job of any good intelligence officer is to identify vulnerabilities, desires and characteristics that could make someone betray their country or regime. Not everyone can be an agent but almost everyone can be a source. Vulnerabilities can become advantages. Weaknesses can turn into strengths. Finding the right person is the core job of a field officer's work. To INTERROGATE someone there are no secret tricks, really. Hideously imbalanced as the relationship is, it's still one man or woman with another. I sat there, for sometimes 18 hours a day, and I talked to the person, and what I tried to do is identify the person's hopes and fears and quirks, tics, mannerisms, what sets the person off, what the person believes. Who this person is. This process (RENDITIONS) can last anything from an hour to 10 years. I simply would not do anything physical. The lawyers had told me that anything that is not severe and lasting is not torture. But then you think about it for a second and it's completely crazy, because if I whacked you on the side of the head and you have a golf ball-sized welt that diminishes after three days, that's not lasting, is it? And if I make you crazy for a week and then you come to, that's not lasting either. I thought: It is a totally meaningless guideline that allows us to do anything. This is appalling.

Over a period of years, I have suffered brutal eletromagnetic attacks which resulted in the following: severe and unbearable pain in my head; violent/projectile vomiting; heart symptoms; knocked unconscious; laser cuts/burns; hit with direct-energy "bullets". It is well-known and prolifically documented fact that such electro-magnetic weaponry exists and has been operational for decades, used by the military and intelligence agencies (including but not limited to FBI, CIA, NSA, DIA, DARPA) against persons deemed "dissidents", whistleblowers, journalists and expositors of vital information which should be of concern to EVERY American who values the God-given, unalienable rights and liberties enshrined in the Declaration of Independence who, for more than a quarter century, has been documenting and publicly reporting on the high-tech anti-personnel weaponry used against us. They have no morals, they have no scruples, they use people and they exploit people - THAT'S WHAT THEY DO.

I can assure you that if the shooter Gavin Long had not been tortured with the weapons (for at least 18 months) and psychological abuse, he would not have committed these murders. Gavin Long was the third shooter that contacted FFCHS for assistance. The other two being the Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis and the Florida State University Shooter Myron May. I'm trying extremely hard to raise awareness about these illegal torture weapons (DIRECTED ENERGY), and how they are being used to abuse civilians. “Targeted Individuals” are victims of covert Military/Intelligence/Contractor Experimentation. The weapons system is used in the context of a psychological warfare campaign. The goal of the campaign is to drive the target into isolation (LONE WOLF) where the abuse is most effective.

After a terrorist incident occurs, only then do analysts and law enforcement go into their vast data and focus on the perpetrator of the crime. This is exactly the reverse of what they should be doing. If the NSA wants to predict intentions and capabilities prior to the crime, then it must focus on known subversive relationships, giving decision-makers time to react and influence events.

All of these people, whether they faced prison or not, encountered some sort of backlash, most often severe and derived from the very abuse that I'd just helped expose: surveillance. If ever they'd expressed anger in a private communication, they were "disgruntled". If they'd ever visited a psychiatrist or a psychologist, or just checked out books on related subjects from a library, they were "mentally unsound". If they'd been drunk even once, they were said to be alcoholics. If they'd have even one extramarital affair, they were said to be sexual deviants. Not a few lost their homes and were bankrupted. It's easier for an institution to tarnish a reputation than to substantially engage with principled dissent - for the IC, it's just a matter of consulting the files, amplifying the available evidence, and where no evidence exists, simply fabricating it.
