Gaslighting is a form of persistant manipulation and brainwashing that causes the victim to doubt her or himself, and ultimately lose her or his own sense of perception, identity, and self-worth.

You do this OVERTLY IN PERSON or COVERTLY WITH TECHNOLOGY

There are two levels of investigative operations in the U.S. Intelligence Agencies - OVERT and COVERT. The Overt Operations involve investigators who respond to various federal violations of the law such as bank robbery, kidnapping, extortion, etc, etc. They readily identify themselves to the public. The Covert Operation involves those who never identify themselves and are involved in harassing and targeting citizens.

HUNTING TO TRAP PEOPLE FOR COVERT ACTION

This is easily done by controlling all INFORMATION a "target" sends and receives on their phone

THE TARGETED INDIVIDUAL WILL EXPERIENCE
COMMON THEMES FROM THE MOVIE ARE:
