While under 24/7 365 surveillance they sabotage the target with Tailored Access Operations that tailor a given reality that ONLY the target experiences. ALL electronics in the area can get hacked EVERYTIME they need to use it.

COVERT FORCES can be used to direct energy to make people seem suspicious and out of place out of no where. Rendition, Detention, and Interrogation TEAMS will use covert "torture techniques" to ISOLATE and harass neighbors to collect or make up INFORMATION to exploit and analyze for the NEXT "Targeted Individual".

HARASSMENT WON'T END AND NOW LOST ALL FRIENDS

Depending on the objective ruining someone's life a couple of times might not be enough. They already had a mental health crisis and are now outcasted from all friends and family. NOW extremely vulnerable these people are exploited to be used in CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES as a PATSY for COVERT ACTION. Terrorism or SUICIDE is a product of desperation and losing all hope.

Gaslighting is a form of persistant manipulation and brainwashing that causes the victim to doubt her or himself, and ultimately lose her or his own sense of perception, identity, and self-worth.
